Susannah Hall-Justice

For over two decades Susannah Hall-Justice has fought for people who are negligently injured and defended those accused of crimes. She grew up on a farm about 45 minutes from Lafayette, Indiana. She traveled and read widely, before setting out for Harvard to obtain her undergraduate degree in American History, then Indiana University Mauer School of Law for her Juris Doctorate. She is on the board of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, is the former president of the Tippecanoe County Bar Association, and the former president of the Carroll County Bar Association. In addition to serving on the boards of legal organizations, she has also served on the boards of the West Lafayette Redevelopment Commission, Duncan Hall, and the Tippecanoe County Historical Association.
Susannah Hall-Justice has given legal education lectures to fellow attorneys on many subjects including:
- Personal Injury Settlements;
- Wrongful Death Law;
- Expunging Criminal Convictions;
- Focus Groups; and
- Subrogation: the rights of clients who have private health insurance (ERISA and non-ERISA),
- Medicaid, and Medicare in Personal Injury Cases
In addition to advocating for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, a variety of physical fitness pursuits, reading, and traveling.
